The Cure: 25 anys de "Faith"

Vint-i-cinquè aniversari de "Faith", la cançó i l'àlbum que van convertir els The Cure en una de les bandes mítiques dels vuitanta.
"Faith" és un senzill i trist cant a l'esperança, on sobresurten el baix i la veu d'un Robert Smith de només 21 anys.
El líder dels The Cure considera aquesta la millor cançó del grup, per davant de "Just Like Heaven", però sap perfectament que aquells temps han quedat molt enrera, mostrant-se distant de la seva imatge gòtica i atormentada: "Ara sóc molt més jo mateix, estic molt més còmode amb qui realment sóc. Això és molt frustrant per la gent. No em passejo tot el dia pensant en poesia romàntica francesa i escrivint cançons. Aquesta és una part molt petita de la meva vida."
